Balloon is an ability in Densetsu no Stafy and Densetsu no Stafy 2. It looks like a hot air balloon. When using it, Starfy holds on to the rope. It is taught to Starfy by Mekani-jiisan in both games.
Controls
Use the control pad to move. Press the A button repeatedly to make it go higher. It will fall if you stop pressing the A button, but press it too much and you might hit spikes or an enemy. It can be upgrated in Densetsu no Stafy 2. With the upgrate it looks more like a mini blimp. You'll be able to move faster by using the B button.
